New Live Album & Concert Film

We had a wonderful time on the Clann Tour this April and really wanted to capture at least one show on audio and film. We tried and failed in Sheffield but it all came together at the beautiful Colchester Arts Centre. So here we are with 'Clann Live:The Colchester Gathering' as a Digital Download Album and Full Concert Film.

"from new tracks to classics, the performances are charged with the band's live energy!!"

Geoff Bailie - The Prog report

The live album's available now as Flac, Wav or mp3 files from our NEW WEB STORE (more on this below) priced at £10 which includes a link to the full unadulterated 105 minute concert film.

If you prefer Bancamp, it's also available there along with low-res videos to accompany each track. Should you purchase the album from Bandcamp, please message us for a link to the full YouTube video.

Ckann Gathering Live in Colchester

Big love and gratitude to our webmaster, Chris Elliott, who's created our new Web Store page thus bypassing Ko-fi which requires users to have Ko-Fi and PayPal accounts. You'll still be sent to Paypal but, if not logged in, you'll see an option to use credit or debit cards as you wish.

Thanks also to several of our amazing Guardians who've worked with Chris to brutally test the system and ensure everything works as intended. Chris says please feel free to message him via our site if you need any assitance... legend!

And while we're on the subject, please explore all the other 'free' and 'paid for' goodies available from the new store. Thanks again to Chris for setting this up for us!!

Gigs

We have three terrific gigs coming up in August followed by Summer's End on October 2nd and PB4X25 in Glasgow on November 29th. There are many more shows in the pipeline for 2026 so please watch this space.

August 25th: Wokingham Festival Tickets

August 30th: The Stables, Wavendon   Tickets

There are no 'bad' seats at the Stables but space is getting tight so please don't delay if you're planning to join us (seat availability as of last night below).

Be sure to arrive promptly and catch the 'foyer' pre-show acoustic performance from the amazing Leoni Jane Kennedy. Then head on into the auditorium for another stunning set from Ebony Buckle and her band.

New Book

Back at the beginning of July we had the pleasure of taking part in the 'Playground Of Broken Hearts' book launch at The Camden Club. Andrew Wild's second book in the series, released on Kingmaker Publishing, covers the 80's 'neo-prog' scene in extraordinary and vibrant detail. Essential reading for anyone who was there or has an interest in the bands who made the legendary Marquee Club their home for much of that decade.

Greg Spawton, who's long visualised this series of books, and Big Big Train's manager, Nick Shilton, invited to play a short acoustic set so, of course, we chose three songs from the only album we released during those heady years.

This was just recorded on phones but gives an idea of how those early songs translate.

If you fancy a copy of either of these, they cover the early history, and pre-history, of Solstice, IQ, Pendragon, Pallas, Twelth Night and, of course, Marillion. Both are available here at Burning Shed

Ok, I think that's it for now. We really hope you'll enjoy the new album and that we'll see you at a show somewhere soon.

Thanks so much for your support

With love from us all
